[Xylo-SDR] DIN41612 96 pin

Hi all,

Unless someone can come up with a legitimate objection to using
DIN41612 96 pin connectors for this project, I propose that we "lock
in" the use of the DIN41612 96 pin connector and get on with the pin
definitions.

Here are the AMP and Hirose versions:
