Lionheart will just have the FPGA, FX2LP and a daughter board. The daughterboard may be used for special interfaces, high-speed connections like twisted-pair or co-ax or anything a user wants. That'll leave the main PCB nice and 'clean', and suitable for *any* FPGA application, giving a much larger potential user base, larger sales and lower unit costs.
