[Xylo-SDR] Progress - a milestone has been reached - we're working with PowerSDR

Doing the happy dance down here.  Just finished  listening to a SoftRock 
hooked up to a Xylo/Wolfson lashup with PowerSDR.  Phil's FPGA image for 
the Wolfson and PWM DA converters is working great and my code pulling data 
out of the Xylo into PowerSDR seems to be holding up as well.
