Ports

server listens for TCP connection requests on port 12000 (all Rx). (all other socket traffic is UDP)

server receives demodulated audio from the first dspserver (only) on port 15000 (and sends it to Mercury)

server receives commands on ports

server sends I & Q samples to

commands from jmonitor on ports

and sends alaw-encoded 8-bit audio to jmonitor
