The dspserver program is used to separate the DSP components from the GUI components.
dspserver accepts the following command on the command line.
--receiver 0|1|2|3 (default 0)
--server 0.0.0.0 (default 127.0.0.1)
--soundcard name (depends on your machine)
--offset 0
