Looks good, Phil!

A couple observations:

1) Is the FX2 +3V3 source from the LM1086 or the backplane +3V3?  The
two parts should get power form the same supply, I think.
I don't think we should have the 3.3 V on the backplane. Might as well derive it locally. I've got the FX2LP supplied from the on-board regulator.
